Scope

Lira Personal Assistant is private, owner-operated software for personal use. It is not offered as a public multi-user service.

Google user data

After the owner grants OAuth access, Lira may access the following data when needed for an explicit request or configured personal automation:

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the owner's requested reminders, briefings, search, summaries, organization, and related personal-assistant functions. It is not used for advertising, commercial profiling, or sale.

Processing and disclosure

Processing normally takes place on the owner's Mac. When an assistant function requires language-model processing, the minimum necessary data may be sent to the AI provider selected and configured by the owner. Data is not disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

OAuth secrets and refresh tokens are stored in the owner's macOS Keychain. Non-secret client metadata is kept in a user-private local configuration. Operational records, assistant sessions, and backups may be stored locally under the owner's control. Access is limited to the owner and the local processes they authorize.

Retention and deletion

Local data is retained only for the owner's operational and backup needs. The owner can delete local sessions and backups, revoke the app's Google access from Google Account security settings, and remove the stored OAuth credentials at any time.

Google API policy

Lira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
